All the roads shown in my videos have been researched to confirm they are legal rights of way for motorcycles.
Many are legal for ALL vehicles but a portion of those shown have Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) in place that only allow two wheelers or have width restrictions e.g. nothing over 1.5 metres. Where this is the case this is clearly stated in the video and/or description.
Some roads have seasonal TROs that do not allow any vehicles between certain dates or some that only allow 4 wheeled vehicles between certain dates, again details are contained in the description and video captions.
There are some lanes that require a permit to ride them, details of how to obtain a permit are included in the description.
Please note all videos are for information purposes only. The conditions are as shown on the date of filming but please be aware that weather and other factors may alter this over time.
As stated the legal status of all green roads was checked at the time of filming and was legal for use by motorcycles at that time but cannot be guaranteed for other types of motor vehicle (where this differs, I will always try to include information in the description).
Legal status may change and whilst I make every effort to keep the descriptions updated and will re-film the route if necessary, please check the status for yourself on the relevant definitive map or list of streets, if intending to ride it.
Motorcycle trail riding is potentially dangerous, please ensure you have the necessary skills and wear appropriate protective clothing. Please ensure your bike is in a safe and legal condition (this is a public road like any other) including tax, insurance and MOT if required and that you have the appropriate licence for the bike you are riding.
Finally some videos are included purely for INFORMATION only as they currently have TROs banning all vehicles, again this is clearly stated in the description and video captions.
